TERM 2 PIZZA LUNCH REGISTRATION
Pizza lunch sign-up forms for students in Grades 1-6 will be going home this week. If the dog or your child’s backpack ate your copy, fear not! You can download another one.
Forms and funds will be collected outside Room 3 on the following dates:
Tuesday, January 23rd
Thursday, January 25th
Wednesday, January 31st
8:15 to 9:00 am
January 31, 2018, is the last day to submit forms and payment.
Please note: Teachers and office staff cannot accept these forms. Payments can be made by cash (exact change greatly appreciated!) or by cheque payable to “Wilkinson School Community Council.”
If you forget the write down the dates of these lunches, they can be found in our calendar. As well, reminders are posted on our website home page and sent out in our Monday Update emails.
*Please note that the April 6th lunch date on the original form has been moved to April 13th.
