IT’S TIME FOR THE WINTER CONCERT
Students in Grades 2-6 will perform in the annual winter concert on Thursday, December 15, 2016, from 6:00 to 7:15 pm (end time is approximate).
Final reminders:
Concert Dress: Plain white top, black pants or skirt, flat shoes, school vest (to provided by the school on concert night, but must be returned at the end of the concert). HOWEVER, please don’t worry: Students not wearing the concert dress will still be permitted to perform.
Performers in grades 2 & 3: Meet in Room 6 at 5:45 pm. Pick up in the same room, either after their performance or at the end of the concert. Note: Parents will not be permitted to re-enter the gym due to time and space issues.
Performers in grades 4 to 6: Pick up a school vest in Room 3 at 5:45 pm and proceed to the room of the group they will perform with first:
- Band – Band Room
- Strings – Room 5
- Ukulele – Junior Lunchroom
- Junior Choir – Room 3
- Orff Ensemble – Room 3
After the Concert:
Students bring an Orff instrument back to room 6. Student Pick-Up (Grades 4-6):
- Rooms 22, 27 & 29 – Room 9
- Rooms 21 & 26 – Room 2
- Rooms 20 & 24 – Room 4
- Rooms 23 & 25 – Room 3
String and ukulele students may then retrieve their instrument(s) from where they were left.

Although the Kindergarten & Grade 1 students are not performing in this concert, they will perform at some point in the spring.
