UKE DAY 2019
On Thursday, June 13th, Wilkinson will host the annual Ukulele Day. Hundreds of students from all over Toronto who are enrolled in the Doane Uschool program will come together to play and sing their shared repertoire in a huge jam session. Wilkinson is proud to be the host of this exciting event! After a morning of workshops and rehearsals, special guests are invited for a 1pm showcase that will feature hundreds of ukes playing en masse.
Please remember that students participating in the event will need to bring their ukuleles to school that day!

The Great Uke Day Song Contest is something new this year at Uke Day and is open to all Doane Uschool students!! See info poster here.
Doane Uschool provides students in grades 4-12 with high quality music education, regardless of their financial circumstances. Each year, the Wilkinson Parent Council subsidizes this program for our students through our fundraising events, shopping links, and direct donations program.
