February is Kindergarten registration month!
Children can attend Junior Kindergarten in the calendar year that they turn four and Senior Kindergarten in the year that they turn five. Parents/guardians can register their child via online registration (OLR) (available in February). *Please note there is a different process for out of district students.
After registration, families will be asked to connect with the school virtually (e.g. Zoom or Google meet). Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive further information and instructions from your child’s school and work together to determine a way to connect that works for your family. Welcome to Kindergarten Night
Upon registering, you and your child are invited to a Welcome to Kindergarten evening which is usually held in May. At the event, you’ll meet some of the kindergarten staff, visit a kindergarten classroom and have all your questions answered. Last year this event was held virtually. More information about this year’s event will be posted on our website when it becomes available.
The school and the Parent Council communicate regularly with families through our email newsletter and website.
