In April 2019, Wilkinson’s EcoTeam announced a student-led initiative to eliminate single-use plastics at the school. To help promote this enterprise, the EcoTeam ran a logo contest requesting that students create a logo about the environment and phasing out single-use plastics.
To support this initiative, the Parent Council put the winning junior logo on reusable silicone snack bags.
You can support our EcoTeam and help reduce single-use plastics in your household by purchasing these bags!
On sale now until Friday, December 2.
All profits from the sale of the bags will go to the EcoTeam for projects of their choosing. Bags are 5 29/32” x 8 1/4” (17 oz) and freezer safe. Orders will be delivered to classrooms.
How do I purchase them?
Simply login to your SchoolCash Online account. On the next screen, you’ll see a link to purchase under your child’s name. If you don’t, click on “Items” at the top of the screen. The system accepts payment via credit card or e-Cheque – a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note that the bags will be delivered to the classroom of the child whose link you selected.
