Stay Informed

As the Parent Council of a Platinum EcoSchool, we’re aiming to reduce our paper trail both for the environment and to put more money into school programs.  Help us out by subscribing to our emails, visiting this website, liking our Facebook page, and following us on Twitter to stay informed. Both the school and the Parent Council communicate regularly with families through these channels.

To ensure that you receive all of the information being sent, please join our mailing list by using the form at the bottom right of this website (look for “Subscribe to the Wilkinson School Communication Committee emails”).

If your family is starting at Wilkinson for the first time in September, welcome!  Make sure to sign up now so you don’t miss a thing!

Is Your Time With Us Coming To An End?  We thank the families of graduating students for signing up for our email updates. While we’re happy to have you follow along forever, we understand that you may wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Additionally, if you’re still receiving our emails to an old address that you no longer use, please let us know.  To unsubscribe, please use the link at the bottom of our emails or contact us.

The Communications Committee works hard to keep Wilkinson families informed about activities hosted or sponsored by the school or the Parent Council. While we do not communicate information about external activities in our email newsletter, we invite the school community to post about external activities and resources in the comments or Mentions of our Facebook page.

Please note that the TDSB, our School Trustee, the French As A Second Language Advisory Committee (FSLAC), and our local elected officials also send out newsletters regularly.  If you’d like to receive important information from these sources, we encourage you to sign up for their newsletters. Please visit our Links and Resources page for these and other resources.
