The Wilkinson Winter Concert is tomorrow evening!
All performers should arrive at 5:45pm. Below is a list of the groups that are performing and the locations for both drop-off and pick-up on concert night (more information can be found on the music website):
Grades 2 and 3: Meet in Room 6 (the music room)
Strings Students: Meet in Room 5
Ukulele Students: Meet in the small lunchroom
Junior Choir and Orff Students (who aren’t in ukulele): Meet in the large lunchroom
If possible on the night of the concert, please have children dress in plain white shirts and black pants.
In keeping with our Platinum EcoSchool status, we will not be providing printed copies of the program; however, please view the program in PDF format on your device or print your own copy.
We ask all audience members to please be mindful of those around you by refraining from holding up your cameras or other recording devices during the concert so that you don’t block the view of others.
We appreciate your cash donations at the door. Your donations fund various programs throughout the school, including the music program.

Lost and Found
Items currently in the Lost and Found are spread out on tables in the front hall of the school. Please take a few minutes to stop by and collect your family’s belongings. Unclaimed items will be donated before the winter break.
Eco Bags For Sale
Eco Bags will be available for purchase before the Winter Concert (from 5:00 pm).
You can speed up the purchase process by downloading and printing an order formand printing an order form in advance. Bring the form with your payment (cheque preferred, exact change preferable for cash) and look out for the sale table. The bags will be delivered to your child’s classroom no later than the week of December 16th.
