A Community Event Brought To You By The Wilkinson School Community Council
Wilkinson’s much-loved Wilkitchen is back! Families come together to bake, decorate, eat and chat through a community cooking night. It’s a wonderful way to get to know other families and feel like a part of the Wilkinson community. Swap advice and stories, learn a new recipe or two, and make some new friends.
Groups will rotate through stations to assemble, decorate and bake various nut-free Halal desserts like Valentine’s cookies, caramel sticks, pink angel cake, and shortbread. Everyone gets to take home a variety of items at the end of the night. Come with your kids or alone, and if the kids get tired of baking before you do, there are babysitters on site! Want some company while you bake for the Sweetheart Bake Sale? We’ll be donating some of our baked goods to the fundraiser happening the next day at school.
Attendance is free. Please RSVP for babysitting so that we know how many sitters to book.
We’re a Platinum EcoSchool. Help us help the environment by bringing a reusable container to take home your leftovers.
* Please enter through the double doors closest to the gym – south of the main school doors. Once inside the school, head left towards the north end.
